Model aircraft shall only be flown during rented field times and when Manoah Steves School is out of session and no organized sporting events or organized public functions are in progress.

Model Aircraft are permitted on weekends, holidays and during school vacation during the day from 8:00 A.M. until dusk.  Club members must adhere to City of Richmond bylaws and refrain from making excessive noise in the park before 10:00 A.M. on weekends and holidays.

Model aircraft are permitted after 5:00 P.M. on school days.
